Growth Advisor - Business Development Manager
What We Are Looking For:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated individual to join our team and build a career out of helping kiwi and offshore businesses achieve ongoing growth via digital marketing.
You will have a proven background in acquiring new clients, and maintaining/growing current clients by establishing close business relationships.
You will possess a rock-solid work ethic and have a good understanding of how successful businesses operate.
Rapport building will be second nature to you and your ethics and integrity will allow you to always put the client first.
You will love data and have the ability to translate this into a language everyone can understand.
Ideally, you will have a background in digital marketing.
You will thrive in a team environment and have an appetite to learn!
What You Would Be Doing:
- Scheduling meetings with business owners and/or key decision-makers via cold calling and managing inbound enquires
- Growing and maintaining your own portfolio of clients
- Building close relationships with your clients and earning the role of the trusted advisor by providing insights beyond the ROI results
- Develop a solid understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment in which your clients operate
- Liaising with our digital campaign team to help assist with ongoing campaign performance
Key Requirements:
- A strong understanding of digital marketing and business growth
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident presenting in front of small groups
- Must be great with numbers - ideally a good math background at either high school or university
- Have great time management and organisation skills
- Bring a 'can do' attitude to every task
