Digital Campaign Manager
What We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a proven PPC professional to join our tight-knit team. Candidates must have a firm grasp of the latest in PPC, as well as the ability to communicate PPC strategies and results effectively to clients.

- Highly organised and data/detail-oriented
A background with numbers and/or data (maths/science beneficial) - Proactive and motivated to deliver consistent ranking improvements
- A great communicator who keeps all parties (internal/external) up to date with results and recent activities
- High attention to detail, and able to effectively juggle multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
What You Would Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive PPC strategies designed to meet our clients online business goals
- Regularly reviewing campaigns for potential optimisation
- Setting up comprehensive conversion tracking that utilises Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Call Tracking platforms
- Monitoring campaign performance through popular attribution models, and make informed budget/optimisation decisions to deliver greater ROI
- Liaising with our search team to ensure that both SEM and SEO campaigns are working in synergy.
- Meeting regularly with our Account Managers to discuss campaign performance
- Compiling detailed PPC reports for existing clients and new opportunities
Staying on top of the latest digital trends, platform updates, and adjusting strategies as required to keep within advertising guidelines - Running in-house training sessions in order to share knowledge across the team
- Managing budget deployment throughout client cycle period using third party budget management platforms
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years building and optimising Google PPC campaigns for both lead gen & eCommerce businesses
- In depth knowledge of Analytics platforms (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager) for setting up & measuring ROI on PPC campaigns
- Ability to navigate the backend of common website CMS platforms (Shopify / WordPress) to establish tracking & shopping feeds
- Experience setting up Merchant Center accounts from scratch, and connecting product feeds to ad accounts on both Google & Facebook
- Experience in Call Tracking implementation for lead gen businesses
